Along with the increase in heat during summer days, we should also start taking measures to avoid it so that we can avoid its increasing outbreak.
There is dry heat in Rajasthan, so along with the gusts of wind, it also takes away a lot of water from the body.
If water is not supplied to the body from time to time, then the chances of dehydration increase and this turns into heat stroke. To avoid this, the following measures should be taken –
Keep a water bottle with you while leaving the house
Go out of the house only after drinking sufficient amount of water
Use cotton clothes to cover the body
Use closed sleeve clothes
In case of vomiting or diarrhea, consult a doctor immediately
Use an umbrella while going out in the sun.
It is also beneficial to use buttermilk, mango etc.
Drink plenty of water before sleeping at night.
