Panic anxiety disorder is a mental health condition in which the symptoms suddenly become severe and the state of anxiety becomes such that a person starts feeling that this may be the last moment of his life, which is completely beyond reality.

How to identify – Panic Anxiety Disorder

It is normal to have a little anxiety, but when it becomes too stormy and then it can turn into physical disorders like rapid heartbeat, inability to control body balance and excessive sweating and along with this, some uncomfortable heat can be felt in the body, which requires hospitalization. These are the four special symptoms that we can easily recognize. Rapid heart rate along with shortness of breath- This is a special symptom in which when the level of anxiety is at its high level, if we are in a mental state of suddenly attracting attention, then it gets converted into physical symptoms like rapid heart rate, shortness of breath and gradual increase in blood pressure.

This can be the panic state of anxiety in which virtual symptoms like heart attack start appearing and the person starts feeling that he has got a heart attack. These are common symptoms by which we can easily identify it

Frequent urination-According to the environment of the body, the body itself tries to control the symptoms. In some people, frequent urination, it can also be different like bowel movement and excessive craving for food in different people.

Yawning state-During the state of anxiety, the body is more active in a state of fear and flight, so the oxygen level in the body tissues can be disrupted. The ability of blood flow is disrupted, which leads to frequent yawning and sleepiness in the body.

Feeling lethargic-After excessive sweating and low oxygen levels in the body tissues, the person becomes very lethargic and tired.

Lack of confidence-After repeated episodes of panic anxiety disorder, we may experience low levels of confidence and will. Due to which we are not able to feel like doing any work.

Once it is clear that all the other investigations are in the proper range value, then it can be cured by the proper guidance of a psychiatrist or psychologist.
